Our service in the field of file storage is unique. Other companies can provide you with a storage service. However, they store boxes, they collect. You tell them which box it is in and they return the box. This is where we are different. Barrell Resolve Ltd store files. We collect your files from you, enter them into a database (a copy is supplied to you free of charge on CD ROM) and store them securely for you. When you need to retrieve a file we will deliver that file (and that file alone, not a box of others you do not need) to you the next working day after we receive the request free of charge.

• Your Client case matter is completed and the Client account is closed.
• Arrangements are made for the collection of 'dead' files by us from your office.
• Relevant information is then recorded on our database to enable a rapid retrieval when requested by you.
• The file is then placed in our archive storage facilities.
• A CD listing all files in our care which belong to your practice is delivered to you.
