A file or document destruction date is applied to each and every file. This information is provided by you at the start of the storage process.

Once the date arrives, a printout of all files of a particular age is supplied to you for your instruction and authority to proceed with the destruction.

Our confidential document shredding and destruction process is supervised by a member of our staff and a certificate is supplied for your records. 

All destroyed documents are eventually re-cycled.
